It applies to asapfundingusa.com, our application forms, our advertising on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and our phone, text, and email communications with you.

By submitting an application or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Business name, industry, time in business, ownership details, and entity type
  • Financial information about your business, including monthly revenue, average deposits, existing financing, and requested funding amount
  • Personal financial information you choose to provide, including estimated or actual credit score range, income, and Social Security number when required by a lender to process an application
  • Supporting documents you upload or send, such as bank statements, tax returns, business licenses, and voided checks
  • Anything else you tell us by phone, text, email, or web form

Information we collect automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, and referring URL
  • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Ads conversion tracking

Information from third parties

  • Lead information you submit through Facebook or Instagram instant forms, which Meta transmits to us along with the profile details you confirmed
  • Business and credit information from consumer reporting agencies, business data providers, and public records, obtained only with a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and with your authorization where required
  • Information from lending partners about the status of an application or funded transaction

2. How we use your information

  • To evaluate your funding request and determine which products and lenders may fit
  • To submit your application to lending partners and funding sources on your behalf
  • To contact you by phone, text, and email about your application, available offers, and next steps
  • To verify your identity and prevent fraud
  • To provide customer service and respond to your questions
  • To improve our website, advertising, and application process
  • To send you information about other products and services we offer, unless you tell us to stop
  • To comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements

3. How we share your information

We share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Lending partners and funding sources. This is the core of what we do. When you apply, we share your application and supporting documents with lenders, funders, banks, and financing companies in our network so they can evaluate your request and present offers. Each of those companies handles your information under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review before accepting an offer.
  • Service providers. Companies that operate our systems on our behalf, including CRM, phone and text platforms, email providers, document storage, analytics, and payment processing. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Affiliated companies. Businesses under common ownership with ASAP Funding USA, which may include our credit and financial services affiliate, so we can offer you related services.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms. We share limited data, often in hashed form, with platforms such as Meta and Google to measure ad performance and reach similar audiences.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or regulator, or when necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising platforms may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. See Section 8 for how to opt out.

4. Phone calls, text messages, and email

When you submit an application or request information, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from ASAP Funding USA and our funding partners at the phone number and email address you provide. This may include the use of automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and automated text messaging.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving funding. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or contact us using the details below. We may still send you transactional messages about an application that is already in progress. Additional detail is in our Communication Terms.

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and deliver and measure advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, which allow us to measure the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show ads to people with similar interests.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can manage advertising preferences through the tools offered by Meta, Google, and industry opt-out pages such as optout.aboutads.info. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

6. Credit information

For some products we or our lending partners may obtain a credit report. Where a soft inquiry is used to check preliminary options, it does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry, which may affect your score, is performed only with your authorization and generally only when you move forward with a specific offer. We tell you which is happening before it happens.

If a lender declines your application based on information in a consumer report, you have the right to receive an adverse action notice and to obtain a free copy of that report from the reporting agency.

7. How we protect and retain information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transmission of application data and access controls limiting who on our team can view your file. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or render it unidentifiable.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it
  • Request a copy of that information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To make a request, email privacy@asapfundingusa.com or call 281-652-5887. We will verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of that authorization.

9. Children

Our services are for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party websites

Our site and our emails may link to sites we do not control, including lender websites and application portals. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

11. Changes to this policy
